So basically no one actually knows what death is like and what sort of thing I'd be bringing people back from if I did agree to help with resurrections like Sai asked.

i guess so but wouldnt everyone rather live than die?? especially the people who get killed for unfair reasons like my friend he was real glad to be back
Well yeah, don't get me wrong, I would like to come resurrect all your war casualties and miscellaneous dead. But I have to prioritize, you know? If I come resurrect people for y'all then I'm letting people back in my world stay dead in the meantime, and I know what the afterlife looks like there.
Also, your friend, I think he's looking at this strategically. But the thing is, I would absolutely not be willing to leave your enemies' casualties dead either.
i get it when i met my dad he could only see me for a few moments the same with my mom and though i wish i could see em again i dont think itd be right if they can go be happy together someplace good while theres other people struggling in crappy afterlifes yknow
and theres a couple of people that i guess youd call enemies but im pretty sure dyin gave them a kinda release that real life held em back from
